Zinper
Zinper has a static line, whose tubs measure 7 metres in length, 2.5 metres in depth and 0.8 metres wide, with automatic dosing devices which add the necessary products to the
zinc baths..
It has four galvanizing positions allowing us to produce
40 tons per day.
The waters that we use in the formulations and washes are deionized, and as a result, we get perfect finishes, both in the quality of the bath and in appearance.
Our static line has a unique ability in the washing process, where items emerge fully prepared for subsequent treatment, thus ensuring good iron preparation for
a quality coating.
